“In 2003, I was working two jobs…Then I decided that it was time to step up and get some coaching. From that point on, I began implementing the JARS method of money management, and becoming more focused on what it was that I really wanted. In the past three years, I’ve gone from totaling my car and having to ride the bus for eight months, to paying off my car, selling that one and upgrading to a 325 BMW. From being $25K deep in credit card debt, a few months behind in my credit card payments and a credit score under 500, to paying off all my bad debt and a credit score of over 700. From living at home with mom in a rented house, to buying my own place and helping her buy her own as well. I was also fortunate enough to buy her a new car last mother’s day. In the process I also doubled my income while working in sales and I’m on my way to doubling my time off right now. Thanks for all your help and support!! I’m a little overwhelmed by all the recent successes I’ve had, I’m very excited, but they’ve all come so suddenly and unexpectedly that it’s almost scary. Haha! I’ll deal with it =) My goal this month is $105K… I’m at $85K so far… good chance I’ll be at $97K by tomorrow…this is unbelievable… I don’t know why such good luck, but I’m riding the wave. P.S. I got Employee of the Month in Sales! =) Thanks for all your help!” Yes, I decided that it was time to lose the training wheels of my old job and started my own business buying, selling, leasing and renovating houses. Many factors probably helped me achieve these successes, but I am convinced that the coaching had a big impact in helping me shorten the process. Before I began to use this simple financial process, it was so difficult I just about completely gave up. Now it’s so easy and enjoyable and the best part is it has created the ability for me to have 10 times as much of what I love the most, cashflow. I wish I would have known about this years ago!
