She holds a PhD in Psychology with an industrial-organizational focus, an M.S. in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified Hypno-Coach, a certified animal assisted interventionist, and a certified yoga instructor, and a member of SIOP and EMCC.
Through You Have Got The Power, the practice she founded in 2007, Elena has coached senior leaders at Salesforce, Google, Amazon, and across the Air Force and Federal Aviation Administration. Her work centers on the unglamorous things that determine whether talented people advance: articulating what you stand for, hearing feedback without flinching, setting boundaries that hold, and converting intention into completed work. She designs group programs built around structured exercises and accountability rather than conversation alone.
